Being Bundaberg born and bred, Brett has been a residential and commercial award-winning builder in the Bundaberg Region for over 38 years. Together with his wife Dianne, they formed Kleidon Masterbuilt Homes, which has gone from strength to strength. Brett’s expertise in the building industry, attention to detail, honesty, integrity, and passion for the business, ensures your home is built to the highest quality and well designed. Brett and Dianne have surrounded themselves by Industry Leading Staff and handpicked tradesman to come up with a professional recipe for success. With Brett at the helm, Kleidon Masterbuilt Homes has won 28 QMBA Housing Awards, including State Presidents Award and Regional Presidents Award twice, an accomplishment to the Quality and Affordability of the homes they build.

Dianne’s property development skills are evident, with a huge property developing and sales portfolio. Dianne has been building and selling unit developments and spec homes over the past 16 years, combined with an extensive and very successful Real Estate Sales and Marketing career. Dianne achieved Number 1 sales person for QLD in 2003 & 2004, her high sales turnover of units, new homes and new clients she brought to Kleidon Masterbuilt Homes was astounding. Dianne retired from real estate to increase her building company further, designing and opening up her first of four display homes, with a fifth coming soon. Dianne’s experience in colour co-ordination, interior and external design is evident winning numerous QMBA awards including the Prestigious President award for the state, for her own home. Dianne’s ability to choose and train her staff, from design, accounting and sales, has proved to be amazing, resulting in such a loyal, professional and friendly office.

Adam is our hands-on Project Manager and has been in the Construction Industry for 25 years, with 15 of those years spent with Kleidon Masterbuilt Homes. Adam is very experienced in all aspects of building, allowing you to sit back and relax, knowing your project is in safe hands and ensuring your dream becomes a reality with a minimum of fuss on site.

Scott Brown
In-House Draftsman
Scott is our resident in-house draftsman of over 10 years. He was born and raised in Bundaberg and was involved in the building industry at a young age. With nearly 15 years experience in drafting, Scott uses state-of-the-art programs to develop home plans, architectural visualization and 3D walk-through of your new home while it is still in the design stage. Whether it is tweaking a plan or starting one from scratch, Scott can turn your dream in to a reality.
Brendan Woods
Site Supervisor
Brendon is our On-Site Supervisor with 8 years' experience and expertise in all areas of construction. Brendan co-ordinates between our Project Manager, Adam, and our On-Site Construction Team to ensure your construction runs smoothly from beginning to end. From Initial Site Inspection through to the completion of your build, you can rest assured your site and home are in safe hands.
Warren Kleidon
Purchasing Officer
Warren has 40+ years' experience in the construction industry, including owning his own Roofing Company. From Preliminary to Completion, Warren keeps your home moving along through all the stages of Development, Lodgements and Approvals. Warren also oversees the ordering and purchasing of your construction materials for the smooth production of your home.
